Fixed-price end of lease cleaning for Seven Hills tenants. Free re-clean, easy booking and a written price before we start.
Seven Hills has houses, units and townhouses. Bigger homes take longer, and we say so when we quote.
We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then walk through with you before we leave. The price is agreed in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Seven Hills place.
Book the clean for the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and there is a buffer for touch-ups.
