Fixed-price end of lease cleaning for Merrylands tenants. Free re-clean, easy booking and a written price before we start.
Merrylands has units, villas and family homes. We confirm the layout, then clean to the checklist.
We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then walk through with you before we leave. The price is agreed in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Merrylands place.
Book the clean for the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and there is a buffer for touch-ups.
